Cory Sowell was born and raised in Northern Alabama. He graduated from Madison School of Massage Therapy in 2018. He specializes in deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone, and aromatherapy. He believes in the healing power of touch and knows first hand the benefits not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. He has a passion for music and helping people feel better through massage therapy.

Growing up an “army brat”, Pete’s family moved and settled in Huntsville when he was thirteen. He attended Westminster Christian Academy and then UNA before realizing his gift of massage. In 2015 Pete graduated from Madison School of Massage Therapy. Pete has also played/coached soccer his entire life. He credits Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Stretching to constantly restoring function to his body.
Pete has a passion to share the amazing gift of Massage Therapy with others also. Pete specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, and Craniosacral Therapy. He has worked in different massage settings, including a Chiropractic practice. He is very excited to join the Healing Haven family.

Because I’ve experienced first hand the total wellness transformation that can be made by under going lifestyle changes, particularly through holistic healing, I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to deliver quality services to my clients.
This journey of empowering others to take control of their health and wellness began with my personal journey towards the same. It was only after a succession of events that left me completely drained and feeling overwhelmed from providing too much to others, while leaving very little for myself, was I able take control of my total wellbeing. I learned to put God first, myself second, and allow the overflow to fill others. Likewise, my passion for helping my clients heal naturally is driven by my life’s desire to serve God’s people. I am able to serve not only through the gift of massage, but also by arming my clients with educational resources that promote regular self-care and maintenance.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I specialize in natural healing solutions using massage, bodywork, energy work and essential oils. Additionally, I’m certified in AromaTouch Technique, Ashiatsu Massage Therapy, Sports Massage & Reiki, and am a certified member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). To ensure that my clients receive the best possible experience during their time with me, I only use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils. My work as a wellness advocate with doTerra affords me with access to these premium oils and the ability to educate my clients on the power of them in their daily routines.
My greatest goal with Healing Haven is to help others experience the balance that I’ve been blessed to achieve. That balance permits me to be the best mother I can to my two beautiful children, and to freely participate in physical activities like hiking, biking, camping and kayaking without restrictions from pain and stress. My daily practice is centered on God, wellness, my family, and a desire to help others live their best lives.

Kami loves to make women feel beautiful in their own skin. A Paul Mitchell graduate, she received her license in Cosmetology and then returned to school and received her Esthetics license from the St. John school of Esthetics. Certified in chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion, Kami believes in continuing education and staying current in all things esthetics. She loves to make the most of life by spending time with her friends, family, and especially her husband of 20 years, and their beautiful 16-year old daughter.
