Any Couples Massage appointments will be charged 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment time. These charges are non-refundable.

Any appointment scheduled within 24-hours of appointment time will be charged at time of booking. These charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

We require a minimum of 24 hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. You must either cancel through your Mindbody site, or call and leave voicemail if we are not available to answer, or text to 256-206-2800 to cancel. Please do not email to cancel as they are not always checked in timely manner. If you do not confirm your appointment through the site, text, or email that does NOT mean you have canceled your appointment. You must call or text to cancel or do this through your Mindbody app. Please know that the text message reminders and emails are a courtesy and are not always guaranteed to go through every time; therefore, please do not depend on these notices to always remind you of your appointments. To ensure you remember your appointment please schedule it on your calendar and call us if you have any questions. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
